GL Staffing is looking for candidates the position of a Customer Service Repwho is responsible for Located in Pompano Beach FL.
Pay rate: $16 - $18 (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday and every other weekend
Hours: 10AM - 6:30PM
Responsibilities
- Contact patients regarding their prescription medication to take payment or confirm information to send secure pay link.
- Upwards of 100+ incoming and outgoing calls per day taking payments, answering questions, and helping patient in any way including, payments, calling doctors’ offices, transferring patients to pharmacy department, etc
- Ability to manage multiple open tabs
- Ability to work in multiple software programs at one time
- Confirming patients shipping information and all other profile requirements
- Process credit card payments
- Text or Email Secure Pay Link
- Email patients’ receipts
- Take messages whenever necessary with attention to detail.
- Consistently review and follow company SOP’s, escalating questions or concerns to the CSM in a timely manner
- Follow HIPAA compliance regulations
- Communicate patient or doctor complaints to the CSM in a timely manner
- Assist in communicating and interacting with pharmacy and warehouse personnel
- Assist with other CS related tasks as delegated by CSM
Required Skills
- Efficiently work out of email accounts, FRED and phones
- Detailed notes in the patient’s profile and informative emails and end of shift reporting
- Basic Computer – Microsoft, CRM and email
- High School Diploma – H.S / GED
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Ability to sit for several hours at a time
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish is required

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
