Customer Service Rep

Economy Exterminators is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with a friendly and welcoming phone voice, who is ready to support our customers and help ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answering inbound customer calls

- Responding to customer emails

- Processing credit card payments

- Explaining services to prospective customers

- Maintaining customer database with accurate customer information and timely data entry

- Providing resolution and timely follow up with customers

Skills and Abilities

- Computer skills with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- The ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products, and services

- The ability to talk and type simultaneously when interacting with customers

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- The ability to address complaints and resolve conflict and a professional manner

- Organizational and time management skills

- The ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team

Hours

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. During the peak season, you are required to work one Saturday a month. Saturday hours are from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Pay Rate

Our Customer Service Representatives start at $16.00/hour.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED

- Must pass a criminal background check

- Must pass a drug screen

- Must have reliable transportation to the office every day

Location

This full-time, in-office position is based at our Apex Branch located at 2160 N Salem St, Apex, NC. There is a possibility of remote hours after training in completed.
