We are growing the e-commerce component to our business, and we need a ROCKSTAR to help our clients place their online orders via live chat, email and phone calls. You'll help them with designs, order questions, and troubleshoot things like lost packages.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Helping clients design their business cards via live chat and screen share
- Checking order status and shipment status
- Handling reprints, lost shipments, and refunds.
- Assisting the production team with printing and shipping
