Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

Cognix Concepts, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
• Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner, documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records in the customer database.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers about products, services, and promotions, and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and articulate solutions clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Pay: $18.29 - $22.02 per hour
