This family owned and operated company is the largest HVAC and plumbing provider in Arizona and has been in business for 8 decades! They are looking to add an experienced Safety Manager to the team where you can add your knowledge and expertise to truly make an impact!
This is a direct-hire opportunity in the Phoenix area!
Safety Manager Job duties:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety training for employees and contractors on a regular basis and perform safety audits
- Investigate accidents and incidents and report findings to senior management.
- Maintain safety records and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Safety Manager Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2-5 years of experience as a Safety Director in a relative field including construction
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with worker’s compensation claims with strong preference for Arizona.
