Customer Service Representative
Position Description
The primary duties of the Customer Service representative are to service all wholesale accounts, manage client trip requests, update, distribute quotes and sales contracts as necessary. Working hand in hand with clients to prepare trips to suit their needs and foster relationships with clients to command repeat business. Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Service all GRP Wholesale customers
- Provide trip details and crew information timely
- Resolve trip details and service issues timely
- Respond to product and service questions
- Open customer accounts in Salesforce
- Maintain all customer records in their respective Salesforce accounts
- Resolve any service complaint/issues that arise by:
- Getting clarification on the complaint/issue at hand
- Determining the root cause of the complaint/issue
- Deciphering and explaining the best solution to remedy the complaint/issue
- Ensures that all billing is up to date and invoice ready for submission.
- Continually contributing to the team by accomplishing task at hand to get results as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Strong Customer Service experience required - Able to communicate with customers and colleagues sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Strong organizational skills - details oriented with the ability to prioritize and be proactive.
- Highly motivated - working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment of business aviation.
- Strong computer skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment with new and changing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds at a time.
