Customer Service Position

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (Spanish preferred) - Previous experience in a Customer Service role is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Sales experience is a plus We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
