We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
```Responsibilities:```
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Weekends as needed
