Reliable Cremation Supplies is a small business in Oviedo, FL. 13 years of increased sales, year over year. We are Owner + 2 employees. This position comes with its own office. There is a ton of phone time expected. Inbound and Outbound. MS Excel and Word competency is a requirement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Assist with data entry and maintaining customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sales experience is a bonus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
