Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for LEGO, and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing assistance to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Buy and Sell Transactions: Assist customers with buying and selling LEGO sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Greet Customers: Warmly greet customers as they enter the store, offer assistance, and provide information about current promotions or special events.
- Assist with Events: Collaborate with team members to plan and execute store events, including LEGO building contests, themed promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new LEGO releases, promotions, and product features to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with store management and fellow team members to achieve sales targets, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold store policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Passion for LEGO products and a solid understanding of LEGO building sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
