As a Washplex Customer Service Team Member, You Get To:
- Learn and Oversee Wash Quality
- You Enjoy Communicating with Management and Operations Team as Needed
- Maintain External Vacuum Center
- Keep location neat and maintain car wash cleanliness at all times
- Perform site and grounds maintenance (site cleanliness, etc.)
What We Expect From a Washplex Customer Service Representative:
- Promptly and Accurately process guest orders
- Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships
- Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for all customer needs
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Highly reliable
