Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Order Entry team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our customers.
Role and Objectives:
As a Customer Service representative, you will interface with clients and personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.
Responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Processing new purchase orders and entering new sales orders
- Preparing paperwork for returns and tracking returns
- Invoicing sales orders
- Quoting catalog parts
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner
- Eagerness to learn
- Computer skills such as O365, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience with ERP system such as Intuitive, SAP, or QuickBooks
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Must be capable of calculating normal accounting functions including taxes
Must be flexible to work in other departments as needed
