Due to major growth we are expanding our Risk and Retention team in the USA and currently looking for an Account Manager Team Lead t to join the team.
In this role, you mentor and guide the team of Account Managers in strategic account management, advanced problem solving, and intricate relationship building. This support also includes a direct focus on retention, compliance, risk management, and responsible social gameplay.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the activities of the Account Managers and by proxy, all of its 1000+ players. Guide them with department practices and well defined management precedents.
• Ensure compliance from all team members to various mandates across other business units such as Responsible Social Gameplay, Anti-Fraud, and AML.
• Foster a high level of accountability through a fair, hard hitting performance management system. Provide frequent feedback to the team, including praise, recognition and constructive criticism.
• Represent the team to other business units to get results and build relationships with internal shareholders.

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years demonstrated B2C relationship management experience or 3-5 years experience in Team Management.
• Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who is motivated to build success in others.
• Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience.
• Demonstrated internal and external effectiveness at sustaining advanced level relationship building.
