VIVAHR is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. This Full-Time position is Fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Service team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor the Customer Service team
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions
- Monitor Customer Service metrics and report on performance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience in a Customer Service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
