ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randy Rhodes - State Farm Agent, you will generate leads into clients by providing an exceptional service experience that reinforces the values of the insurance agency. Your attention to detail, Customer Service skills, and desire to convert sales makes you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while working directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred
• Confident communicating with clients
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license must obtain within 30 days
• Career oriented and driven by professional growth.
• Spanish preferred but not required.
