Job Overview:
The Customer Operations Manager primary responsibility is to ensure the Customer Service department is functioning as efficiently as possible to drive customer retention. This includes managing current employees which requires coaching and counseling as well as continued training. The position requires innovative thinking by coming up with ways to continue to grow the department and increase efficiency. We are looking with someone who has prior office/call center experience and can provide data driven responses to challenges and obstacles that may arise. You must be self-motivated and able to manage your time without immediate oversight. Our goal is to have cohesive communication among all departments by maintaining a strong leadership team that works well together! We believe in investing in our team members leadership growth so that we can build a company culture that promotes loyalty and longevity.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Morning reporting on day prior
- Create, set and manage employee KPI’s
- Interviewing potential new hires
- Training new hires
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures
- Enforce company policies
- Handle escalated calls and accounts
- Continued training with current employees
- Employee management
- Leading weekly team meetings

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of Management Experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
