Customer Service Manager

If you are a highly self-motivated, results-oriented individual, come grow with us!Responsibilities:• Develop, implement & manage effective local marketing programs to support our marketing plan and sales team.• Daily refresh social media and our website with new project photos, client testimonials, product information, and feedback.• Effectively utilize available social media tools such as ‘boosting a post’ in Facebook to increase brand awareness and generate leads.• Participate in area networking events• Manage incoming calls, emails, and fax communication from prospects & clients; take the appropriate actions• Greet customers who walk in and manage the in-house sales process (understand needs & budget, communicate options and generate estimates).• Respond to client requests for information about our products and services, evaluate client needs, develop solution options, and counsel clients on their budget and solution options.• Maintain daily communication with our design/production team to ensure quality and timeline targets are met• Update client records and purchasing history, including documentation of client contact information and interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemQualifications:• Customer service experience required• Strong project management skills required• Strong computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel• Proficiency in management of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and/or other social media accounts required• Knowledge of the graphics industry’s solutions is a plus but not required• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base• Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team memberAbout Company: At Signs Now, we design, produce, and install various custom signs for any industry and occasion.
