```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage the Customer Service team to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Train and onboard new Customer Service representatives
- Monitor and evaluate Customer Service performance metrics
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Customer Service
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail management or shift management
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in employee orientation and store management is preferred
