We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and leading a team of dedicated associate. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to drive results .
Responsibilities:
-Provide an exceptional customer experience and ensure a customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associate
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
-Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Monitor employees performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and controls
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues and a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organize store environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record and achieving sales targets
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize task
- Knowledge of training and development techniques
- Ability to handle multiple responsibility simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
