Job Overview: At HyperWolf, our customers are our top priority, and our customer support team plays a crucial role in our success. We are seeking Level 1 Customer Service Representatives who are calm, empathetic, and skilled at resolving customer inquiries. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the company, from Level 1 to Level 2 and eventually Level 3.

Job Description: As a Level 1 Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service to both new and returning customers, offering thoughtful and data-driven responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Clarifying customer complaints, identifying issues, and suggesting solutions.
  • Responding to customers via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Informing customers of deals and promotions.
  • Recommending products based on an expert understanding of our product menu.
  • Keeping response times under 3 minutes.
  • Dispatching orders to drivers.
  • Providing drivers with meal tasks.
  • Updating orders upon request.
  • Building rapport to encourage repeat orders.
  • Verifying customer information.
  • Assisting with order placement or exchanges.
  • Monitoring routes and adjusting orders to reduce delivery times.

Job Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the delivery process.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls, texts, and emails daily.
  • Proficiency in our product menu.
  • Cannabis knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate within a Customer Service team.
  • Attentiveness, patience, and time-management skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: This role requires talking, hearing, and using hands or fingers to handle tools or controls regularly. It involves prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Must be 18+ to apply.
  • Must possess a valid form of ID.
  • Proficiency with Mac computers.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.

Experience Level: 1 year

Shifts Available:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • Monday to Friday with weekend availability

Work Setting:

  • Call center
  • In-person
  • Office

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Reliable commute or planning to relocate to Lake Elsinore, CA before starting work (Required).

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office: 1 year (Required)
