We are looking for Customer Service oriented people who are fully Spanish and English bilingual, must be fluent in both languages! This position is DIRECT HIRE, and ON SITE in East Orlando, Florida!
Pay: $15 hourly
Start date: June 5th, 2023
Schedule: Multiple 1st and 2nd shift available
Location: Orlando FL. 32825
What you need to know:
- This role is an inbound call center position, in a high volume environment.
- NO SALES - You will be taking calls from customers who need help wit their utility bill, want to cancel or start their services, or similar issues
- Call center experience is not required, but Customer Service experience is a requirement for this role
- You will need to be comfortable using a computer to be successful
