Call Center- Customer Service Representatives!

San Gabriel Valley Area, CA
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Follow up with outbound calls
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Dispatch sources to clients
• Data entry
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of recent clerical experience
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
