GAC Services is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Booking Agent. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Call center experience is helpful.
Pay Range: $17.00- $19.00
Shifts: 8am-4:30pm, 9am- 5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Schedule appointments for service or sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing
customer needs
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to
ensure resolution
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
