Customer Service Associate/Warehouse part-time
D’IYANU LLC is an exciting and growing ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to provide stellar Customer Service by developing strong production knowledge, focusing on problem solving and delivering the best customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Phone, Email, Chat and Social Media. (FB, IG)
- Engage in problem solving to reach optimal Customer Service.
- Use Telephone/Email to reach out to customers to verify and update order information.
- Process refunds, exchanges, discounts, create and cancel/close orders.
- Answer questions about garment availability, measurements and company policy.
- Act as a company gatekeeper.
- Inform customer of discount promotions.
- Work with Customer Service manager to ensure proper Customer Service is being delivered.
- Compile report on overall customer pain points.
- Schedule in person customer visits
- Process returns/ Put away returns to assigned bin location
- Help customer face to face
- Handling of shipping issues
Experience Requirements:
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency with multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Warehouse picking, packing and processing orders
- Retail experience a must
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Call Center Experience
- Must have minimum of an Associate Degree but, Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to type at least 35 words per min
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
