CAPP is looking for a dynamic Customer Service agent. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a positive attitude.
This is an entry level position and all training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchase orders
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
- Locates merchandise for customers and places orders, where necessary
- Ensures fulfillment of customer orders
- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
- Documents sales by updating customer records
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years working in Customer Service preferred; Experience with HVAC or similar industry a plus
