Job Overview:
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors and REO institutions via telephone and e-mail. You will provide feedback to Community Management staff, as well as assist residents regarding unit and community information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound/outbound calls from homeowners/residents of rental properties, realtors, REO institutions and respond in a timely manner
- Provide residents with service information and submit work orders as needed
- Coordinate with CM's and Associates regarding unit and community information
- Research information using internal software, available resources and knowledge data base
- Verify and update customer information
*Open availability required for Customer Care Center hours
- FL: Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST (8-hour shifts)
Saturdays: 12:30 PM-9:00 PM EST. Off Sundays, as well as a designated weekday, (2 days off per week)
- TX: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:30 PM CST
Saturdays: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM CST. Off Sundays, as well as a designated weekday, (2 days off per week)
- NV: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM PST (8-hour shifts within this time frame)
Sundays: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM PST. Off Saturdays, as well as a designated weekday, (2 days off per week)
- NC: Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST (8-hour shifts)
Sundays: 12:30PM-9:00 PM EST. Off Saturdays, as well as a designated weekday, (2 days off per week)
Pre-employment Training

Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Must possess strong Customer Service background
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem solving/analysis
- Typing speed minimum of 25 wpm
