Receptionist/Customer Service

Eye Surgeons Associates currently has a full time Medical Receptionist position available. Hours vary from 7:45am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday. May be required to float to other locations to cover vacations. We are seeking an outgoing, energetic person who enjoys interacting with patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer services skills, ability to multitask, with knowledge of medical terminology. Must have prior medical office experience. Duties include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating patient billing information, collection of copays and verification of insurance benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
