SalaryWe are seeking a Hospitality Associate to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as strive to create a warm welcoming environment for our families. We have 3 locations: Sterling Heights, Madison Heights and Clinton Township.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guest upon entry & exit.
- Providing class information
- Enrolling students.
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Responding to emails, calls and text from guest.
- Collecting payments / Making Cold Calls
- Opening & Closing Facility
- Overseeing day to day operations runs smoothly
- Cleaning responsibilities
- Ensuring paperwork is completed properly & organized.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, warm and friendly personality
- Multi tasking
- Customer Service Oriented (enjoys working with people children specifically)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft programs etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
