As the Customer Service Associate you will work closely with our customers to deliver outstanding customer experience. In addition to this, you will support the following functions in the day to day work.
- Be first responder to incoming telephone calls, and transfer to appropriate person.
- Entering Sales Orders
- Assist customers that call in orders
- Post Will Call transactions
- Help on outbound calls as needed
- Assist walk in customers with orders
- Send out requested invoices
- Deposit checks via check machine
- Order supplies
Additionally, you will also assist with various projects and daily administrative needs.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Previous Customer Service experience required

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
