Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, Customer Service centric environment (Sales Associate, retail Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing Customer Service!
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
• Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with over the top client experience, ifrom first step in our shop to last.
• We love to sell memberships to our clients, we have 2 options to offer.
• Showcase your Drybar product and hot tool knowledge to clients to help them find their best fit.
• We need to keep the shop fresh, Bartender side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
• We love to connect with our team so we have meetings regularly.
• Not all encompassing, but really just being an overall team player!
