Duties
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Process service sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Acheive and maintain factory certifications
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in electronics, technology, or wireless sales preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
