Job Brief
First point of contact for customers' call center. Responsible for resolving customers' issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively and in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Communicate with all external service providers, vendors, and carriers to support Preferred Depot business outmost service level.
Responsibilities
➢ Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a timely manner.
➢ Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and/or clients.
➢ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
➢ Utilize knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or troubleshoot problems.
➢ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
➢ Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way.
➢ Data processing and entry.
➢ Sales operation and order to cash.
➢ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
➢ Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
➢ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
➢ Computer oriented.
➢ Multitasking.
➢ Bachelor’s degree.
➢ Logistics experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
