Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates . As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlet each shift . Your responsibilities will include cashiering, product merchandising, assisting customers, upselling, and light duty cleaning task. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to engage with beach-loving customers and contribute to creating a memorable shopping experience. Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Upselling Customers with specialty products and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail experience.
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Promote sales of additional products or services
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Basic sales skills to promote additional products or services
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
