This is a sales position, where we sell wellness memberships and upsell add-on services while scheduling appointments on the phone and in the lobby face to face with the client.
- Selling Memberships to the Wellness Program (Maintaining certain sales quotas)
- Engage with staff and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.
- Accuracy with scheduling and completing the Retail Sales process.
- Addressing emergency scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
- Addressing client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment in accordance with federal / local regulations
- Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are cared for.
- Must be available evenings and weekends!
- Confident and comfortable selling Elements Wellness Program Membership
- Outgoing personality

- Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Self-starter / takes initiative
- Must love massages!
- Must be proficient and adept working with web based computer / POS systems or scheduling systems (experience with MindBody software is a huge plus!)
