Small rapidly growing family owned and operated Individual health, group health, and medicare insurance brokerage looking for a Customer Service representative . Primary resposibility will be to answer inbound calls generated by our national marketing efforts and direct those calls to out of our agents. You will aso assist with Customer Service and marketing efforts. Ideal candidate will be well organized, personable, good communication/phone skills, able to work well with co-workers and clients, and strong computer skills including basic PC programs such as Office and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce a plus. We help you become well trained with all aspects of the business.
MUST be within a 20 minute drive of downtown Woodstock. Health insurance or Medicare experience a plus, but not required. Office hours are M-F 8:30-5 or 9-5:30 and must work out of our new office in downtown Woodstock.
