Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing:
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and on-time order processing.
- Information Dissemination:
- Provide product or service information to customers, offering guidance on features, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Keep customers informed about order status, shipping details, and any relevant updates.
- Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately input customer information, interactions, and transactions into the company's database or CRM system.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and interactions.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gather and document customer feedback, preferences, and suggestions to contribute to the improvement of products and services.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to identify trends and recurring issues.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a coordinated and seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
