```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with medical and surgical conditions.
```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, specimen collection processing, and administration of Botox injections
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as cardiac catheterization and ophthalmology exams
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers, including specialists, nursing home staff, and durable medical equipment (DME) suppliers

- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [LOCATION]
