Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls from customers and sales reps
- Take the extra mile to care for our customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction via telephone or email.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to engage with the team and customers
- Able to communicate openly and interactively with the team and management
- Processing orders and communicating with customers regarding order status and fulfillment
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the service expectation is achieved
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Very Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Very Computer Keyboard Proficiency - Data Entry/Typing
- Very comfortable with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite and general intranet navigation
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Strong aptitude for written communication
- A positive attitude
