About Our Team

We have several CFS warehouses and FTZ Bonded Warehouses located at LAX/ JFK/ ORD/ DFW/ MIA to support all business needs. Job Description:

Our company is looking for a full-time experienced Warehouse Operator to be responsible for handling air import shipments in our Vernon & Inglewood warehouse.

• Tracking and tracing shipment to ensure cargo movement & delivery
• Monitors daily import shipments with airlines
• Sort CBP HOLD items based on HOLD list, and coordinate with CBP
• Coordinate with Warehouse Staff for Inbound and Outbound status updates (POD, Receiving, etc.)
• Prepares the paperwork and other documents
• Update shipment data in system
• Performs other duties as required and assigned

Required Skills:

• At least one-year warehouse experiences
• Air Import experiences (Bonded Warehouse experience) is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Familiar in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Highly motivated and team oriented
• English and Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Excellent listening, negotiation skills
