Customer Service And Sales / Marketing- Now Hiring!

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell collection services
- Utilize warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with prospects
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about collection tactics or services to potential customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and Customer Service during all interactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Document all customer interactions and Sales activities in the software system

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications

Note: This position requires business development skills, outbound calling experience, market knowledge, and the ability to engage in warm calling techniques. The primary duties include conducting outbound calls, promoting services, identifying customer needs, and meeting sales targets. The requirements for this role include excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, self-motivation, and basic computer proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
