Administrative Customer Service
Position description:
We are a stock transfer agent and financial service provider for public and private companies. We are looking to fill a position for a stock transfer specialist. This position will mainly involve answering phones, processing of stock transfers, mailings, and Administrative. The position is part time and hours are flexible, preferably morning hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a dynamic business and fun atmosphere with endless amounts to learn.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service to shareholders
- Process stock transfers on a daily basis
- Daily mail processing
- Filing documents in the office and other office administrative tasks including mailings.
- Work on multiple computer programs efficiently including office, our database, etc.
- Answer phones provide customer support.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills, written, phone and some client facing
· Proven record of exceptional Customer Service with prompt responses to client inquiries
· Able to efficiently complete and manage multiple tasks without supervision
· Reliable and team player - you will do what you say you will
· Fast and quick learner on computers
· Responsible - the type of student that never failed to complete their homework in school
· Securities firm experience is a plus.
