Accounting Support:
Ready to make counting beans look easy-peasy! Here's what you'll be doing:
- You'll give a gentle nudge to customers with credit hold, so they can pay up and get back in the game. You'll also handle all payment processing via credit card or PayPal.
- You'll be the boss of small package labels, making sure they're processed and printed out like a pro.
- Say hello to Amazon and Etsy orders, coz you'll be entering them like a champ!
- Our software is gonna love you! You'll make data entry look like a breeze.
- Daily cash report? You got it! You'll whip it up like magic.
- And when our logistics team needs a hero, you'll jump in and save the day. Shipping, quotes, BOLs, tracking – consider it done!

- Proficient in operating various software programs, including but not limited to Salesforce, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail: Provides accurate work consistently.
