Looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE wizard that can dig for answers! When you're not saving the day for our beloved customers, you'll be juggling invoices and collecting payments like a pro! Cash reports? No problemo! This role is a support role for the entire sales, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTING department.

We even help with golf carts and prosthetics! And let's not forget our cool ETL-certified electrical team, who create amazing air makeup units and control boxes for our paint booths. • And if that wasn't enough, they even enter sales orders and RMAs like it's just another day on the job. Talk about multitasking!

Accounting Support:
Ready to make counting beans look easy-peasy! Here's what you'll be doing:

• You'll give a gentle nudge to customers with credit hold, so they can pay up and get back in the game. You'll also handle all payment processing via credit card or PayPal.
• You'll be the boss of small package labels, making sure they're processed and printed out like a pro.
• Say hello to Amazon and Etsy orders, coz you'll be entering them like a champ!
• Our software is gonna love you! You'll make data entry look like a breeze.
• Daily cash report? You got it! You'll whip it up like magic.
• And when our logistics team needs a hero, you'll jump in and save the day. Shipping, quotes, BOLs, tracking – consider it done!

Let's break it down! This skills are a must:

• Proficient in operating various software programs, including but not limited to Salesforce, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail: Provides accurate work consistently.
• Enthusiastic and excited to learn new things
• Professional and offers exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE
• We need a mastermind with a razor-sharp mind for critical thinking
• As for qualifications, a high school degree is a must, and it's gotta come with a squeaky-clean background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
