Lee Spring is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Gilbert, AZ team.

Customer Service Agent

General Description

The Customer Service Agent works in our call center to provide our customers with a dynamic CS experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Order processing
• Providing requests for quotes
• Resolve customer issues
• Issue and process Stock Return Material Authorizations
• Handle busy, phone, e-mails, and walk-in customers

Qualification Requirements

• 3+ years of solid Customer Service experience (call center or BEB is a must)
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
