Lee Spring is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Gilbert, AZ team.

Customer Service Agent
General Description
The Customer Service Agent works in our call center to provide our customers with a dynamic CS experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Providing requests for quotes
- Resolve customer issues
- Issue and process Stock Return Material Authorizations
- Handle busy, phone, e-mails, and walk-in customers
Qualification Requirements
- 3+ years of solid Customer Service experience (call center or BEB is a must)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
