We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service - Front Desk Rental Agent

No experience necessary, we offer on the job training!

RENTAL AGENT DETAILS & COMPENSATION

Our Front Desk Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car Rental Agent and a hotel Front Desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure.

• Check guests in and out of their RV rental
• Take guests on walk-though of their unit
• Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• "Up sell" as appropriate

RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Superior communication skills
• Desire to work and learn
• Dependability
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
• Be able to pass:

- - - -criminal background check
- - - -drug screen. (We don't test for Marijuana/THC)
