We are currently seeking a Customer Service - Front Desk Rental Agent

$16.50 An Hour Plus COMISSION!

Weekends* + Flexible weekday hours

*Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm* + flexible hours during the week

No experience necessary, we offer on the job training!

RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS

Our Front Desk Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car Rental Agent with a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure. Travel to our Hub locations to assist Rental Agents and managers when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of the RV Rentals
• Check guests in and out of their RV rental
• Take guests on walk-though of their unit (Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors)
• Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• "Up sell" as appropriate

RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Attention to Detail
• Superior communication skills
• Desire to work and learn
• Dependability
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Complete pre-employment background check and drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) within seven (7) days of employment
