Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about New York Life's insurance and financial products, coverage options, policy terms, and benefits
- Address client concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and facilitate the processing of policy changes, claims, and other client requests
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's systems
- Educate clients about policy features, payment options, billing inquiries, and account management tools
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information
- Support the sales team by assisting with client onboarding, policy applications, and information gathering
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a Customer Service or client-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, documentation, and communication
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and patient attitude with a genuine desire to help clients
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to handling client requests and inquiries
- Bilingual language skills are a valuable asset
- Must be licensed or willing to get licensed in Life & Health Insurance
- Sales experience preferred
