Job Title: PDR Customer Service Representative
Location: Irving, Texas, REMOTE after training!
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm / Monday - Friday
Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will verify contracts with customers, submitting repair orders to technicians.
Assist with inbound/outbound calls for the necessary claims.
Follow up with technicians and document in company database.
Provides customers with additional information or explains services.
Requirements:
HS/GED required
No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
Call center experience or experience in automotive industry preferred
Computer Savvy
Great Customer Service and communication skills
