Summary: To provide complete customer assistance with the goal of retaining our current customer base. M-F 7:30am-4:00pm
Responsibilities: Enter orders and credits accurately into the computer system. Handle Day-to-Day customer communication effectively and promptly via telephone, email and chat. Provide customers with accurate shipping dates & product lead times. Processes invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping. Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues. Assist in account creation and provide first contact support for customers ordering web portal. Bring to the attention of area managers any issues to be resolved.
Qualifications: Great listening skills, verbal communication skills, and exceptional attendance are necessary. Must enjoy helping others. Customer Service experience and familiarity with keyboard are desirable. HS Diploma or equivalent is necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently is necessary.
