Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems is looking for a Customer Service Administrator. The position is located at the Duro-Last Roofing Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a full time, year-round, hourly position with excellent benefits and growth potential.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all internal and external customers
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the proper department/person
- Computer Data Entry
- Receive, evaluate, and disperse emails
- All other duties assigned
Position Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Energetic and “self-starting”
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Must have excellent math and keyboarding skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
- Ability to work independently
