CMMS Administrator

KCorp Support Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CMMS Administrator to join our team.

This technician performs simple routine tasks under close supervision or from detailed procedures. Work is checked in progress or on completion. This person performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:

• Assembling or installing equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connecting.
• Performing simple or routine tasks or tests such as tensile or hardness tests; operating and adjusting simple test equipment; records test data.
• Gathering and maintaining specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performing computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plotting data and draws simple curves and graphs.

In addition to the Job Duties above.

• Field all service calls and input them into NCMMS.
• Monitor NCMMS and updates as needed.
• Data inputting as needed.
• Create and/or modify PM plans to align with seasonal requirements.
• Create and implement custom job plans
• Creating reports of status including reports on KPI’s and providing end of the month reports (This would include through-out the month follow up on KPI’s).
• Verifying accuracy of equipment PMs and data information (Serial #, Manufacturer etc.…).
• Working with the chief engineer (or staff) to learn the building and what the overall job entails.
• Assisting with monthly paperwork.
• Should have an understanding of computer software, Maximo (equivalent) software, and building mechanical systems including, but not limited to Google Suite, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and other systems interdependent of each other and the performance of the building operations.
• Should know how to find and understand PM plans for equipment in the building. This should include knowledge of the major PM in the building.
• Shall be able to read boilerplate tags (manufacturing data plates, and machinery other labeling) and be able to find and identify the make, model, serial number, tonnage, manufacturer date, warranty and other information on equipment or in documents being referenced quickly and efficiently.
